01

Give testers a real task.

Add your store or beta link and write a focused brief. Tell someone what to try, what success looks like and which device conditions matter.

02

Collect the details.

Receive private observations, device information and optional screenshot evidence. Thirty credits fund one approved testing report.

03

Make room for an honest score.

After submitting a report, a tester can leave a one-to-five-star community rating. It is optional. The score does not change their testing reward.

Community ratings stay on RateMyApp. Public store ratings are submitted independently by users.

Want to get more App Store ratings or Google Play ratings? Start with the journey users came to finish. Fix repeated friction, choose a useful moment for a native review request and measure published results in your store console. These guides walk through each step.

Testing credits fund feedback.

A credit pack does not purchase a star score, a public store review or a guaranteed rating. Use testing to understand your app, then let each user speak for their experience.

ABOUT APP RATINGS

What to expect.

From community stars to store reviews.

Can I get free mobile app ratings?

RateMyApp currently gives eligible new accounts 60 welcome credits after email verification. These can fund two approved private reports at 30 credits each, subject to participation. Community ratings are optional and stay on RateMyApp; public store ratings are independent.

How can I get app ratings on RateMyApp?

List your iOS or Android app and write a testing brief. A tester can submit feedback and then choose to leave a community star rating. The rating is optional, and a positive score is never required for testing credits.

Does RateMyApp add ratings to the App Store or Google Play?

Community ratings stay on RateMyApp. Public App Store and Google Play ratings are submitted independently by users through those platforms. RateMyApp does not post store reviews or guarantee a number of public ratings.

Can I buy five-star app ratings?

RateMyApp sells testing credits, not star scores. Thirty credits fund one approved testing report. Buying a credit pack does not guarantee a community rating, a favorable score or a store review.

Can a tester leave a critical app rating?

Yes. A tester can publish an honest one-to-five-star community rating after submitting a testing report. The score does not change the reward, and the rating remains visible if the owner rejects the report.

Where should I start if I want more store ratings?

Review your app’s first useful journey, fix repeated problems and choose an appropriate moment for a native review request. Our App Store and Google Play guides explain the platform-specific steps.
